Title: Director of IT & Digital Technology
Compensation: $150,000k plus 15% bonus structure

They have headquarters in Carmel, IN with over 1,500 employees that distribute to over 50 countries worldwide.
Opportunity:
Our client is seeking an IT Director to lead a core division responsible for dealership and distribution. This role will be responsible for all aspects of business IT operations including data warehouse and analytics, enterprise application performance, IT operations, AI initiatives, and overall ownership of the technology portfolio roadmap with specific alignment to key business objectives. This position is a direct report to the division president and part of the senior business leadership team.
We are specifically seeking a business centric IT leader that bridges business and technology initiatives and serves as the technology leadership subject matter expert. This role will oversee three direct reports across applications, data engineering, infrastructure, and operations, in addition to serving as the primary liaison for global IT at the CIO level to leverage IT capabilities that support division business priorities and results.
Desired Experience:
- Prior IT Director level responsibility over business and technology operations
- History of leading data solutions, enterprise application performance, and IT operations teams
- Past experience driving disciplined project execution with sole ownership of business technology portfolio
- Familiarity with AI and its applications to drive core business initiatives as a core opportunity and initiative
- Previous experience creating a technology roadmap for tactical and strategic IT innovations
- Technology Platforms: Power BI, Snowflake, Industry SaaS platform with a Salesforce Sales cloud foundation, CoPilot, AI +
- Former experience in automotive, retail, franchisor, dealership, distribution or related industries a plus
