Title: VP of Security, Infrastructure, and Modern Workplace
Salary: $200,000-$220,000 + 30% bonus + VP level bonus structures
Location: North Indianapolis (hybrid potential)

Position:
They are seeking a VP of Infrastructure, Security, Field Operations, and Modern Workplace to lead corporate and remote IT infrastructure, security, AI, and workplace environments as a direct report to the CIO and a core member of the Sr. IT leadership team. This role is directly responsible for securing, modernizing, and providing best practice scale to all aspects of modern IT Infrastructure and related to include a distinct focus on evolving both enterprise level cyber security initiatives and advanced AI integration into systems and related.
We are specifically seeking an IT leader with a strong voice and history leading comprehensive cyber security as core part of their infrastructure leadership focus. As a connection to a fortune level brand name, our client maintains enterprise level security practices by creating a security first culture throughout the organization. As such, this role is instrumental in integrating AI across core infrastructure, workplace, and service management and related to drive automation and performance enhancement in a security first environment.
This role is both highly strategic and tactical with responsibility over both strategy and operational excellence across infrastructure, security, workplace, ITSM, and related while operating in an embedded lean environment where leaders execute from the front and are highly involved in driving performance and progress alongside their team members in a highly collaborative environment.
Desired Experience:
- Prior IT infrastructure leadership experience across corporate IT operations and multi-site locations in SMB style enterprise
- Past responsibility overseeing security operations, programs, and compliance
- Broad working knowledge of AI initiatives within infrastructure operations and security
- Experience leading both direct contributors and technical IT leaders with a mentoring, development, and people first leadership style
- Prior strategic experience with modern cloud operations to include Microsoft Azure and/or Google Cloud and related modernization
- Comfortable in a high-profile role as an energetic IT leader both within IT and across the business for both corporate and field offices
- Migration to/experience with Google Cloud environment a plus
